We attempt to exploit the benefits of insights into style trends while capturing the advantages of blending active management with low turnover and passive strategies. In addition, we have a great deal of experience in the implementation and management of alternative investment strategies. Vantage has been employing alternative strategies from equity market neutral to managed futures since the middle 1980s. Our experience across the full range of alternative investments and our commitment to be at the forefront of advances in applied investment theory, have kept our firm and our clients at the leading edge or risk management techniques and innovative asset management strategies from royalty rights to environmental credits to trading volatility as an asset class. Our experience in alternative strategies includes off-shore venture capital funds, domestic and off-shore fund-of-funds and management of multi-advisor pools for currencies, commodities, private equity and international and emerging equity and fixed income strategies. We have also done extensive work in the construction of low turnover, tax-advantaged strategies for our taxable clients.
